The mission of EIF was to develop a world-class events infrastructure in support of the entertainment, tourism, culture, and sports sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
On the occasion of the Saudi National Day, EIF wanted to host a celebration of Saudi Cultural Heritage at their office by truly immersing their employees in Saudi culture.
Our event management team built a full experience for the Saudi National Day, bringing together several elements of culture as part of the branding for the location, and giving employees the opportunity to learn more about Saudi Culture.
Managing several vendors, everything from event entertainment to cultural shows, and Saudi cultural catering options, our team ensured that the event ran flawlessly.
We got the traditional Saudi Ardah Dance Troup to perform at the event, along with a Hawk Show and photo booth allowing employees to take amazing pictures that can be shared on social media. Additionally, we hosted artists that performed the Saudi Weaving Craft - Sado Style for a truly enriching Saudi Experience.
Given the occasion, our team procured some unique cultural items that could serve as a special reminder of the celebration for Saudi National Day to all the employees at EIF.
Using the creative direction set by the National Day Celebration, our team worked on developing a complete creative theme development, bringing several key elements of Saudi Culture into the branding and setting the stage for National Day Celebrations.
