Our team utilized the excitement of Motorola’s latest flagship launch to create custom concepts for their Executive Meet event in Dubai. We localized both the content and visual branding to effectively engage and resonate with the local audience.
Event Management:
Our event management team expertly planned and executed every aspect of the event from start to finish, crafting a seamless run of the show, and guaranteeing top-notch management of all event elements.
Production:
Our team not only successfully coordinated between Riyadh and Dubai, but also collaborated closely with our partners in Dubai to ensure that all event deliverables, including branding, audio-visual, and other collaterals, were installed with quality and in a timely manner.
Logistics
Our logistics team coordinated a multitude of logistical details to ensure that a diverse group of key influencers and stakeholders had a seamless event experience from the moment they arrived in Dubai. Upon arrival, they were welcomed with branded name cards at the airport and taken on a fully branded ride to their hotels. To add an extra touch of hospitality, each individual room was stocked with delicious branded chocolates. The team’s efforts resulted in a smooth and memorable event experience for all stakeholders.
Event Entertainment:
What better way to entertain your audience than to have an incredible LED violinist who contributes to the event’s overall ambiance? . To add to the excitement, we also welcomed a glitter artist who created a gold glitter portrait of the Motorola Edge30 Ultra, further enhancing the event’s appeal.
