HPE’s Biggest event in Saudi – HPE Discover more

HPE is a global company that helps businesses transform through edge-to-cloud solutions. It connects, protects, analyzes, and enables action on all data and applications, whether at the edge or in the cloud. By doing so, HPE empowers organizations to turn insights into outcomes quickly, enabling them to succeed in today’s complex world.

The challenge

During HPE Discover More, Riyadh played host to over 3,000 guests. The event offered nearly 12 breakout & parallel sessions and +30 exhibition booths that spread over 500sqm. Moving the massive number of participants throughout the entire venue and ensuring that all of them have the same event experience is critical. With a limited capacity of only 1,000 in its Keynote Auditorium, another critical task is to ensure that keynote and event messages reaches to all participants.

Event Creative Concept:

Working with HPE Global Brand Teams, our creative team was able to develop the key creatives for the event creating a fully immersive Event Playbook that addressed every element of the event creative concept.

Event Management:

Hosting an event for over 3,000 attendees was a monumental challenge. Careful planning was essential to ensure that all aspects of the event ran smoothly and met the expectations of the HPE global and local team. We handled all necessary arrangements from building the theme of the event, to the designs, and branding. Our project management team collaborated with key stakeholders to coordinate the event and make sure everything was executed flawlessly.

Production & Logistics:

The event had over 30 sponsors, our sponsorship team was managing the relationship end to end with all the sponsors including the production of over 30 booths along with HPE Exhibition Area for the Event, in addition to this our team was also managing several logistical challenges of importing several key demos from around the world to be used at the event to showcase it to local customers + for the first time in kingdom we hosted the plenary sessions over a 20 m curved LED Screens and produce a customized show from Germany performed at the event.

Event Documentation:

Our team of photographers and videographers documented the entire event to capture its highlights and create a record of the occasion. These assets were later utilized to amplify the event on social media and promote the brand.

Social & Paid Media Management:

Our digital team collaborated with HPE to create content and boost attendance through social media and paid media campaigns. This included managing awards and event registrations. In addition, a live tweet station was set up to display all tweets tagged with the hashtag #HPEDiscoverMore.
