HPE Booth - LEAP 2024
An impressive 399 sqm double-deck booth was designed and built by our team. From seamless on-site management and catering to cutting-edge features like a massive LED screen, dedicated meeting rooms, and an immersive “Space Room” experience, we ensured HPE had everything they needed to showcase their innovations and connect with attendees. We have also included a spacesuit that has been to space, that we got all the way from Los Angeles. Additionally, our guests enjoyed the versatile catering options, promoters, and the wonderful art piece from Turkey. We have had a running booth across the LEAP period.
NUTANIX Booth - LEAP 2024
Our expertise crafted a standout 150 sqm booth featuring interactive displays, optimizing space, visitor flow, and safety. Reflecting Nutanix’s commitment to innovation, the design strengthened their visual identity and leadership position.
CODE Stage [MCIT] - LEAP 2024
Our designed and executed stage had 100 chairs for our audience to be comfortably seated as they watched over 30 entrepreneurs showcasing their startups, along with a showcaller on-site to help manage the speakers better, which fostered connections with experts and enthusiasts.

The booth for Code showcased their AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data solutions. We had 16 different startups presenting their companies on Code booth. Additionally, our visitors were greeted with Saudi coffee, dates and branded chocolate which helped make a lasting impression.
HPI Booth - LEAP 2024
We effectively executed, designed, and managed HPI’s booth delivering a compelling experience. Responsibilities included coordinating trained promoters, organizing giveaways, showcasing robots, arranging catering, managing logistics, and pre-event social media posts. Crafted an inviting booth layout with attention to detail, aligning it with HPI’s brand identity and enhancing attendee engagement.
SPLUNK Booth - LEAP 2024
We provided on-site support and management, ensuring a seamless experience. Friendly promoters scanned leads, while attendees enjoyed mini sandwiches, pop tarts, and a dedicated coffee and tea area. The client expressed high satisfaction with both the execution of the booth and the on-site management and support we delivered.
Mozn Booth - Seamless 2023
At Seamless 2023, Mozn partnered with Dice to create a captivating booth showcasing their latest product, Focal by Mozn, ensuring an immersive experience for visitors through engaging design and presentation.
DHL Booth - Seamless 2023
A versatile booth was created for DHL at the Seamless 2023, blending tech, Saudi culture, and branding. It featured an LED screen as a focal point. Two meeting pods facilitated private discussions and incorporated Saudi elements for a unique ambiance. DHL’s branding was integrated, ensuring a striking, functional, and engaging booth.
Raqamyah Booth - Seamless 2023
An immersive booth was crafted for Raqamyah at Seamless 2023, featuring five TV screens and a prominent LED screen strategically showcasing the brand. The TV screens highlighted products and services, while the LED screen emphasized brand identity, capturing attendee’s attention and promoting engagement.
JCDC GPFM Booth 2023
At the Global Project Management Forum in Riyadh, the team designed and orchestrated a standout booth that captivated project managers and stakeholders on a global scale. In addition to a delightful catering experience, premium coffee, dates, and branded chocolates.

At the request of Jeddah Central Development Company, we provided exceptional support for the Real Estate Future Forum to help strengthen the real estate sector, a key pillar in the Kingdom’s economy. Our booth was a standout among the others, featuring VR sets to deliver a virtual experience, VIP seating, and a 3D model showcasing a vision of the future in Jeddah. This was designed to deliver a unique and memorable experience that would leave a lasting impression on visitors.

Given the wide scope of LEAP, we delivered a distinctive journey that highlighted over 12 business units in a single space, within the consideration of branding spaces, engaging activities, and key focus areas.
