The challenge

MCIT needed a virtual event and webcasting platform that could scale and propel audience engagement to the next level. We were tasked to build brand awareness and deepen relationships within their online community, so we created Tech champions virtual event, an online summit bringing together entrepreneurs and investors from around Saudi. With end-to-end planning, we managed everything from concept development to preproduction development of the entire event, and amplification of brand voice through social media channels.

Event Creative Concept:

We developed a fully immersive 3D environment, which celebrated the achievements of 10 promising Saudi technology/app developers. It was a pioneering effort by MCIT and marked the first of its kind. The creative concept was carefully crafted to take the audience and the talents into a wonderful unforgettable experience.

Event Management:

We managed the virtual event from start to finish, overseeing all aspects, including the participation of candidates, the backend streaming platform, virtual audio-visual management, and photography and videography across Saudi Arabia.

Social & Paid Media Management:

We were responsible for boosting the event’s visibility on social media using the Ministry’s official accounts. Our responsibilities included content creation, design, posting, and paid media management.
