The challenge

Riding the wave of digital transformation in Saudi Arabia, Deloitte Digital Studio Officially opened in Riyadh, with attendance by several high-level dignitaries including the MCIT Minister and key level international people coming from Deloitte Global, we were tasked with building a complete journey for the launch at the office premises. Challenged with minimal space, we strategically used several key spots at their office, to plan and execute a seamless launch ceremony that adhered to the highest standards.

Event Creative Concept:

We created a fully immersive experience for the launch of the Deloitte Digital Center at RDC. We mapped out the journey of guests and customers as they walked through the center, providing them with an unparalleled experience. We also devised branding opportunities throughout the location and found innovative ways to express the brand.

Event Management:

Our experienced event management meticulously planned every element of the event to ensure a smooth and seamless experiences for the attendees, combined with project planning and execution we were able to deliver a flawless event experience to the attendees

Production & Logistics:

The event space required a massive effort from our production & logistics team managing high quality of all production elements that were central to the event concept as well as managing several logistical challenges.
