The challenge

Osool required a partner to activate its destinations across the year through seasonal and national moments, creating event activations in Saudi Arabia that engage tenants, visitors, and communities across multiple locations including Digital City, Granada Business, and Diplomatic Quarter. The scope was to plan, design, and execute a series of experiential marketing activations in Riyadh, reflecting Saudi culture and community engagement, while adapting each experience to the identity of the asset itself.

  • Dice delivered multiple brand activations and event experiences in Riyadh, handling full event design, production, and on-ground management across key calendar moments. 

    Ramadan Activation – Digital City 
    We transformed Digital City into a Ramadan destination with full thematic setup, vendor booths, and interactive zones. The activation included a donation wall, gaming stations, baloot areas, photobooths, and curated retail kiosks, creating a community-driven Ramadan activation in Riyadh that increased visitor engagement and dwell time

  • Saudi Flag Day Activation – Multi-location Setup 
    We activated both locations with large-scale flag installations, including beach flags and pole flags distributed across the spaces. Key landmarks such as Dabbab Complex and Tawuniya Towers were lit in green, creating a strong Saudi Flag Day activation with high visual impact across both assets. 

    Founding Day Activation – Multi-location Setup 
    We designed and installed Saudi heritage walls in both locations, celebrating the Kingdom’s history through cultural storytelling installations and giveaways. Dabbab Complex and Tawuniya Towers were also lit, reinforcing the presence of Founding Day celebrations in Riyadh across key assets.

Eid Al Fitr Activation – Multi-location Event Setup 
At Granada Business, we delivered a full-day Eid event experience in Riyadh for 1,000+ guests including catering, Saudi coffee, live entertainment, and traditional giveaways.

At Digital City, the activation scaled to 2,500+ attendees, featuring themed setups, gaming zones, photobooths, live performances, and an AI-powered laser engraving experience, enhancing interaction and personalization.

In the Diplomatic Quarter, we executed targeted tenant engagement activities, including hand-to-hand giveaways and outreach across offices and retail spaces.

  • Each activation was developed with its own visual identity and experience design, aligned with the character of each asset rather than a single unified brand layer. 
  • This approach enabled Osool’s destinations to function as distinct experiential environments, delivering localized brand activations in Riyadh that resonate with their specific audiences. 
  • Across Ramadan, Eid, Flag Day, and Founding Day, the activations drove community engagement, footfall, and cultural interaction, reinforcing the role of Osool’s assets as active, experience-led destinations within the city.
