Event Design, Production & Installation
We provided comprehensive management of the virtual event from start to finish, encompassing the management of participating candidates, the backend streaming platform, 3D built environment, virtual audio-visual elements, and photography and videography services across Saudi Arabia for participants and speakers to be moved online.
Event Creative Concept:
Digital Innovation Award was a huge milestone for the ministry therefore It was very important to reflect this achievement within the creative concept theme for the award ceremony, our creative team worked tirelessly to create a fully 3D immersive environment for the award ceremony closely following the agenda of the event to customize the virtual environment.
Video Production:
It was very important to capture the stories of the award nominees and showcase them to the audience, our team worked on capturing their voice and compose a video that tells the story of Digital Innovation in Saudi Arabia.
