Al Akaria Booth – Cityscape Riyadh 2025

At Cityscape Riyadh 2025, we designed and executed a 360 sqm booth for Al Akaria, one of the Kingdom’s most prominent real estate developers. The booth reflected Al Akaria’s modern vision while showcasing key developments through an elegant, welcoming layout and seamless visitor flow. 

Dice managed the full scope—from initial concept and architectural design to build, logistics, and daily operations throughout the four-day exhibition. High-end finishes, integrated screens, and curated lounge areas created an experience tailored for investor engagement and brand storytelling.

Mozn Booth - LEAP 2025

For LEAP 2025, we designed and built a 182 sqm booth for MOZN, a leading AI-driven solutions provider. The booth featured an open, futuristic design with interactive digital screens, AI-powered showcases, and engaging demo zones that highlighted MOZN’s cutting-edge technologies in AI, risk compliance, and financial analytics. A dynamic LED screen created an immersive experience, while dedicated areas for networking and discussions reinforced MOZN’s leadership in the industry. This space effectively combined innovation and functionality, providing visitors with an insightful journey into MOZN’s world of AI-powered transformation.

HPE Booth - LEAP 2025

HPE’s 600 sqm booth was a double-deck structure, featuring VIP meeting rooms and high-tech interactive zones. A standout element was the holo box, elevating engagement with cutting-edge holographic displays. The layout included open networking spaces, product demo stations, and a unique HPE Aruba bus activation. The design focused on fluid visitor movement, bold branding, and a premium experience.

SAP Booth - LEAP 2025

SAP’s 420 sqm double-deck booth was a standout at the event, blending cutting-edge technology with an immersive brand experience. The booth featured a kinetic screen, creating an interactive visual display that engaged visitors dynamically. Designed with a multi-level layout, the space maximized both public engagement areas and exclusive VIP meeting spaces on the upper deck. Themed zones, such as the Red Sea Experience and Jizan Innovation Hub, showcased SAP’s role in digital transformation across industries. The booth also incorporated LED walls, digital signage, and interactive displays, allowing attendees to explore SAP’s advancements in AI, cloud computing, and business technology. Thoughtfully designed networking spaces and VIP lounges provided a premium environment for high-level discussions. Combining innovation, storytelling, and engagement, SAP’s booth reinforced its position as a global leader in enterprise technology solutions.

SDA Booth - LEAP 2025

For LEAP 2025, we designed and built an immersive 72 sqm booth for the Saudi Digital Academy (SDA), showcasing the future of digital education and AI-driven experiences. The booth featured a kinetic screen, an AI-powered photo booth, and multiple interactive displays, creating an engaging space for visitors. A modern, open design with seamless technology integration highlighted SDA’s role in shaping digital talent in Saudi Arabia. This activation provided a dynamic and futuristic experience, reinforcing SDA’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation. 

HPE Booth - LEAP 2024

An impressive 399 sqm double-deck booth was designed and built by our team. From seamless on-site management and catering to cutting-edge features like a massive LED screen, dedicated meeting rooms, and an immersive “Space Room” experience, we ensured HPE had everything they needed to showcase their innovations and connect with attendees. We have also included a spacesuit that has been to space, that we got all the way from Los Angeles. Additionally, our guests enjoyed the versatile catering options, promoters, and the wonderful art piece from Turkey. We have had a running booth across the LEAP period. 

NUTANIX Booth - LEAP 2024

Our expertise crafted a standout 150 sqm booth featuring interactive displays, optimizing space, visitor flow, and safety. Reflecting Nutanix’s commitment to innovation, the design strengthened their visual identity and leadership position.

CODE Stage [MCIT] - LEAP 2024

Our designed and executed stage had 100 chairs for our audience to be comfortably seated as they watched over 30 entrepreneurs showcasing their startups, along with a showcaller on-site to help manage the speakers better, which fostered connections with experts and enthusiasts. 

CODE Booth [MCIT] - LEAP 2024

The booth for Code showcased their AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and data solutions. We had 16 different startups presenting their companies on Code booth. Additionally, our visitors were greeted with Saudi coffee, dates and branded chocolate which helped make a lasting impression. 

HPI Booth - LEAP 2024

We effectively executed, designed, and managed HPI’s booth delivering a compelling experience. Responsibilities included coordinating trained promoters, organizing giveaways, showcasing robots, arranging catering, managing logistics, and pre-event social media posts. Crafted an inviting booth layout with attention to detail, aligning it with HPI’s brand identity and enhancing attendee engagement.

SPLUNK Booth - LEAP 2024

We provided on-site support and management, ensuring a seamless experience. Friendly promoters scanned leads, while attendees enjoyed mini sandwiches, pop tarts, and a dedicated coffee and tea area. The client expressed high satisfaction with both the execution of the booth and the on-site management and support we delivered.

Mozn Booth - Seamless 2023

At Seamless 2023, Mozn partnered with Dice to create a captivating booth showcasing their latest product, Focal by Mozn, ensuring an immersive experience for visitors through engaging design and presentation.

DHL Booth - Seamless 2023

A versatile booth was created for DHL at the Seamless 2023, blending tech, Saudi culture, and branding. It featured an LED screen as a focal point. Two meeting pods facilitated private discussions and incorporated Saudi elements for a unique ambiance. DHL’s branding was integrated, ensuring a striking, functional, and engaging booth.

Raqamyah Booth - Seamless 2023

An immersive booth was crafted for Raqamyah at Seamless 2023, featuring five TV screens and a prominent LED screen strategically showcasing the brand. The TV screens highlighted products and services, while the LED screen emphasized brand identity, capturing attendee’s attention and promoting engagement.

JCDC GPFM Booth 2023

At the Global Project Management Forum in Riyadh, the team designed and orchestrated a standout booth that captivated project managers and stakeholders on a global scale. In addition to a delightful catering experience, premium coffee, dates, and branded chocolates.

STC Pay Booth 2023

During the 14th Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Seminar (CAML) we supported STC Pay in the design and production of their booth. The Booth showcased an interactive screen with the STC Pay application that allowed people to use the application and explain its benefits

MCIT Code Booth 2023

We collaborated with Code, a digital entrepreneurship center under MCIT, and Lamaa, a fintech solutions provider for businesses, to create not one, but two impressive booths at the Biban 23 Event.

Cisco Blackhat Booth 2022

At the Black Hat cybersecurity event, we designed and constructed a captivating booth for Cisco that effectively attracted visitors, showcasing Cisco’s security solutions with a centered and reflective approach.

Raqamyah Booth

We designed, developed, produced, and installed the exhibition booth for Raqamyah at the renowned International E-Commerce Expo Riyadh, alongside end-to-end management.

JCDC Booth Real Estate Future forum

At the request of Jeddah Central Development Company, we provided exceptional support for the Real Estate Future Forum to help strengthen the real estate sector, a key pillar in the Kingdom’s economy. Our booth was a standout among the others, featuring VR sets to deliver a virtual experience, VIP seating, and a 3D model showcasing a vision of the future in Jeddah. This was designed to deliver a unique and memorable experience that would leave a lasting impression on visitors.

HPE Leap Booth 2022

Given the wide scope of LEAP, we delivered a distinctive journey that highlighted over 12 business units in a single space, within the consideration of branding spaces, engaging activities, and key focus areas. The effective use of space allowed various team members several opportunities to showcase HPE solutions to customers.

VMWARE Leap Booth 2022

It was very crucial to design several spaces to hold high-level meetings with chief stakeholders. multiple spaces were constructed to host demo pods and meeting rooms. The booth hosted a great deal of VVIP with the CEO technology giant.

Trend Micro @hack Booth 2021

We specifically crafted this booth to showcase key demonstrations and solutions and keep an interactive experience for visitors. The most recognized and state of the art piece of the entire exhibition.

Star Link @hack Booth 2021

The aim of this booth was to emphasize the partners of StarLink, showcasing their individual expertise under the same umbrella. The efficient layout ensured highlighting the multiple services of StarLink to its customers, while attentively engaging with their demonstration teams.

LinkShadow @hack Booth 2021

Using brand guidelines as a blueprint, our expert design team was able to develop a unique booth that reflected next-generation cybersecurity solutions that the brand provides highlighting the skills of Linkshadow.

Cisco @hack Booth 2021

Centered around Cisco Secure, the approach was to showcase vast security solutions to Cisco customers and attendees. The booth effectively attracted visitors since its reflective design centered on the customer journey and a walk-through of Cisco’s offering across the security field.

Oracle Leap Booth

The booth was designed with simplicity in mind, since it included over 8 unique Oracle partners. Given the simplicity of the booth and the presence of its partners, we were able to deliver a straightforward vision of Oracle’s strategy in the kingdom.

MCIT Booth - iOT Event

Our booth was built to showcase the key initiatives taken by MCIT in the IOT space and guarantee the attendees had an opportunity to interact with the technology and acknowledge the depths of the initiatives and key achievements.
