Event Design, Production & Installation
Working with the local teams, our team developed the event creatives that reflected the DHL’s success and outreach in Saudi Arabia.
Event Management:
Given the importance of the Global CEO’s Visit, it was very important for DHL Saudi Arabia to put the right foot forward, therefore it took us meticulous planning and flawless execution of every aspect of the event.
Production:
In addition to managing all branding and audio-visual aspects of the event, it was also requested to ensure that the event could be live broadcast to the rest of the DHL team in Saudi Arabia, our onsite AV team manage all aspects of the broadcast to deliver an amazing event.
Event Documentation:
We had a team of photographers and videographers covering the entire event, to ensure the event was properly live streamed and documented so these assets can be used for Social Media Amplification by the Brand.
